Meet Jessica.
I am a certified professional coach, trained conventionally as well as with a focus on ADHD education and coaching. I became a coach because of my own personal experiences, learning to understand and adapt to children who need different ways to develop and thrive. I appreciate how hard and daunting it is to learn how to best help.
I vividly remember when I started to hear and learn about things like OT, ADHD and sensory differences. This was a space I didn't know existed and one that truly changed my perspective, outlook and understanding of myself, and my family.
Let’s be real - there are still plenty of trying days when I want to pull my hair out. I find it important in these moments, to be honest and open and true to ourselves and other parents and not to mask or dismiss these feelings.
I am grateful for my journey as I gained years of first-hand experience in children’s needs, how these needs can differ from child to child and what we can do to help.
Prior to entering parenthood, Jessica received her Master of Science in Communication and went on to become a daytime television producer. As lively and entertaining as that industry was, it pales in comparison to how family keeps her on her toes.
